Our Story
At AlongSide Collective, we believe that mental health support shouldn't be confined to a clinical office. Founded by a Registered Psychologist, we are a mobile service dedicated to walking alongside individuals as they navigate life’s most challenging transitions.
We specialise in supporting people facing high-complexity barriers—including justice system involvement, recovery journeys, and long-term unemployment. By blending evidence-based psychological practice with interactive interventions in their community, we help bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be.
Our Approach

Mobile & Flexible
We don’t expect people to fit into a clinic box — we meet in the community, at worksites, or online so support feels practical, flexible, and real.

Working Better Together
Our holistic approach is grounded in ACT, CBT, and Ecological Systems Model, and delivered through close collaboration with employment providers, support networks, and participants so everyone stays aligned and progress never feels confusing or disconnected.

Goal - Oriented
We focus on functional capacity, helping you build the stamina and confidence to re-engage with the world and your community.
Our Approach
AlongSide Collective is committed to working with integrity, respect, and cultural humility in every space we enter. We walk alongside people with care, professionalism, and a focus on practical outcomes that support participation in work, community, and everyday life.
We value collaboration with employment providers, community organisations, and participants, recognising that meaningful change happens through connection and shared responsibility.
Respecting Country. Strengthening communities.
Our practice is nurtured by a deep commitment to working in culturally responsive ways with First Nations peoples, shaped through relationships, and years of walking alongside Aboriginal communities. We recognise that wellbeing, work, and participation are inseparable from connection to Country, culture, family, and community. By meeting people in their own environments and working collaboratively with local services, Elders, and community supports, we strive to walk in partnership — with humility, accountability, and respect — in ways that honour First Nations sovereignty, knowledge, and resilience.
AlongSide Collective would like to acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of this land and waterways we are on, across Australia, and pay respects to Elders, both past, present and emerging. We recognise the deep and enduring spiritual connections and relationships to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people have with community, as well as the lands, waterways, air and sky.
